Along with the best-suited massage treatments, each client will be prescribed an individual exercise program with the elements of yoga as part of a complex approach to ensure the results.


Thai Bodywork

Thai Bodywork, sometimes called the Yoga Massage, originated in India at the time of the Buddha and came to Siam together with Buddhism. In Thailand, the giving of massage has been traditionally understood to be the physical application of metta, or loving kindness, and perceived as a spiritual practice. The modern brand of Thai Bodywork is becoming increasingly popular all over the world.

Loose, comfortable clothing can be worn for a session of Thai Bodywork, which is performed on a mat and lasts 1,5-2 hours. In contrast with Western massage techniques, the master of Thai Bodywork uses not only his hands, but also elbows, knees and even feet to reach the deep energy meridians and acupressure points, and gently but effectively stretch muscles and joints.

After a session of massage you'll feel relaxed, rested and filled with fresh energy. Thai Bodywork opens a whole new dimension for the practitioners of hatha-yoga, helping gradually stretch and relax to assume more complicated asanas.


Deep-Tissue Massage
